Fixing Toyota Spark Knock

Some 2012-2014 Toyota Tacoma trucks equipped with 1GR-FE engines may exhibit a spark knock (detonation) under light acceleration and/or up-hill operation in hot weather of 80 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.

The ECU logic has been modified to reduce this possibility.
