This bulletin applies to 2017 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles built on or after March 10, 2016, and on or before July 18, 2016, and equipped with Rear Air Conditioning. Customers may experience the A/C system blowing warm air.

Leak tracer is added to the A/C system from the factory. Inspect for refrigerant leaks and presence of leak detection dye at the braze joints using a UV light.

If no evidence of leak dye is found, proceed with normal A/C diagnosis. If leak dye is found at the suction and liquid line, replace the A/C suction and liquid line with P/N 68322289AA. You will also need one O-ring seal 68322280AA. A/C line seal 68322273AA and R1234YF refrigerant.
