Correcting Chrysler exhaust pipe seating

This bulletin applies to 2017 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles built on or after Oct. 31, 2016, or on or before Nov. 1, 2016.

The crossover exhaust pipe may not be seated correctly. The crossunder flange may not be seated properly to the right catalytic converter.

1. Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Remove the belly pan.

3. Visually inspect the crossunder flange to the right side catalytic converter for a proper seal. If the flange is not properly sealed, the crossunder pipe will need to be replaced
