Reprogramming Dodge HVAC module

This bulletin applies to 2014-2019 Dodge Charger, 2014-2019 Chrysler 300 and 2015-2019 Challenger vehicles.

Test routing found under the Systems Test tab in the HVAC control module view in the wiTECH diagnostic application. Clear any DTCs that may have set after programming.

This bulletin applies to 2014-2019 Dodge Charger, 2014-2019 Chrysler 300 and 2015-2019 Challenger vehicles.

The HVAC system may exhibit an unpleasant odor in the vehicle after driving from highway speeds back down to city speeds. On 2014-2018 vehicles, the left temperature door may be inoperable.

Reprogram the HVAC module with the latest software. Perform the Actuator Calibration Test routing found under the Systems Test tab in the HVAC control module view in the wiTECH diagnostic application. Clear any DTCs that may have set after programming.
