When making a sharp turn at low speed, a click noise may be heard.

1. Remove both front brake rotors and discard the caliper mounting bolts.

2. Clean the hub face where the rotor surface contacts the hub face, to remove and dirt or corrosion, using Scotchbrite or a similar scouring pad that will not scratch the surface.

3. Obtain a friction disc (from the brake friction kit P/N 68530289AA). Use a small amount of adhesive (from the brake friction kit) between the friction disc and hub to hold the disc onto the hub. Install a friction disc to both front hub flanges. Note that the kit includes four friction discs.

4. Install both front rotors onto the hubs and apply a small amount of adhesive in the center of each additional friction disc. Place both additional friction discs on the outside of the rotors.

5. Install front calipers using the new mounting bolts provided in the kit.
