    This problem can be sporadic, difficult to reproduce and no relevant DTCs are stored. The cause is an error in the DME software.
    This problem can be sporadic, difficult to reproduce and no relevant DTCs are stored. The cause is an error in the DME software.

    This bulletin applies to 2019 BMW 340I GT xDrive vehicles. After an automatic engine start (MSA), the transmission intermittently goes into the Park or Neutral position without any driver influence.

    This problem can be sporadic, difficult to reproduce and no relevant DTCs are stored. The cause is an error in the DME software. Update the DME software using the latest version of ISTA.
