Oil residue can be found leaking from the charge air cooler intake pipe/turbocharger connection. The fix requires installation of an O-ring into the charge air intake pipe, P/N LR146865.

1. Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Remove the engine undershield.

3. Remove the charge air cooler intake pipe (two retaining clips and one bolt).

4. Clean any oil residue found in and around the end of the charge air cooler intake pipe that connects to the turbo outlet.

5. Install the new O-ring into the end of the pipe.

6. Install the charge air cooler intake pipe. Secure the two retaining clips, install the bolt and torque the bolt to 9 Nm.

7. Install the engine undershield and lower the vehicle.
