Improving Ram 1500 truck door glass clips

This bulletin applies to 2016-2017 RAM 3500, 2500, 4500/5500 trucks and Ram 1500 trucks made in Mexico, any of which were built on or after Feb. 1, 2016, and on or before Feb. 24, 2017.

This bulletin applies to 2016-2017 RAM 3500. 2500, 4500/5500 trucks and Ram 1500 trucks made in Mexico, any of which were built on or after Feb. 1, 2016, and on or before Feb. 24, 2017.

Either the left or right front door glass may have fallen into the door and is not allowing the window to open or close. The door glass clips may have fallen off/disengaged. Improved design clips are now available as P/N 55372961AC (two per window).

Remove the affected door glass and replace the door glass clips with new style clips. The printed “F” on the clip must face inboard of the glass when installed.
