Reminder for Infiniti front axle removal

Example of axle thread damage as a result of neglecting to remove the nut stake.

This bulletin applies to 2019-2023 Infiniti QX50, 2022-2023 QX55 and 2022-2023 QX60 vehicles. If the front axle nut needs to be removed for any reason, the staking of the nut into the axle keyway must first be removed.

The essential tool required to remove the nut staking is a “Cape Chisel” P/N J-52982. This tool must be used to prevent thread damage to the axle.
