    California Bureau of Automotive Repair cracks down on fluid flushes

    Automotive association notes California officials believe the services are sold unnecessarily.

    The California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) is cracking down on fluid flushes, according to the California/Nevada/Arizona Automotive Wholesalers Association (CAWA) in its recent newsletter.
