The Autoflow, a visual workflow and communication solution for the auto repair industry, was designed to prevent bottleneck situations and solve workflow delays by bridging communication gaps between the shop and customers. Shops can track their vehicle inventory status and provide customers with status updates throughout the vehicle repair process. Autoflow recently launched its Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) add-on feature, enabling shops to go paperless and provide customers with mobile-friendly DVI reports.
