The Cummins Guidanz mobile app is streamlining the time Cummins engine customers spend in service by simplifying the triage process. By just plugging in an INLINE mini adaptor and opening the Guidanz app, a customer can read prioritized engine fault code information. From the app, customers can email an operations manager, a certified service provider or a Cummins Care representative to initiate the service process. The Guidanz mobile app is available as a free download on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The INLINE mini is available from Cummins Sales & Service locations.
