The Chevin Fleet Solutions FleetWave Forms App is a flexible tool that allows users to custom-build data collection forms. These forms can be accessed while offline, and will automatically upload into FleetWave when internet connection becomes available. This app is designed with drag-and-drop tools for easy use, allowing users to create customized collection tasks using features such as dropdown questions; free text entry; date/time selection; signature collection; photos; and more. Users can specify access to each form, and workers can then log-in to view their forms, collect information and submit data back into FleetWave using an iOS or Android device.
