The BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY Review Manager lets customers tell shop owners how to drive more business to the shop. With Review Manager, customers are sent a text message, either automatically or manually, to review the shop. Customers tap a link, select a number of stars and write a review that posts right to Google or Facebook. If a not-so-satisfied customer selects the “not happy” face, shop owners will get a text message so they can reach out and address the situation. Users have full control of all pending requests in the review queue, and can remove those they wish not to be sent. When reviews are completed, each rating is immediately displayed on a PC screen where shop owners can see their overall customer reviews at a glance.
