Advance Auto Parts announced Michael Beland as its new senior vice president, controller, and chief accounting officer, effective January 5, 2025. The announcement comes as the automotive aftermarket parts retailer continues to strengthen its leadership team amid ongoing turnaround initiatives.
Beland, 53, joins Advance Auto Parts from Driven Brands Holdings, Inc., where he served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer. His career includes positions at Wolfspeed, Inc., PPD, LLC, and OrthoSynetics, Inc., as well as experience with major accounting firms including Arthur Anderson, Grant Thornton, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
