Technicians are going to skip on payments ... that's just part of the job as a mobile tool distributor. While hopefully 'skips' aren't commonplace in your business, it's important to anticipate them and budget for them as if they are. 

Two to three percent of your total sales should be budgeted for 'skips,' advises one Matco Tools distributor. Calculate average skips into your budget and profit margin so there are no surprises.
