Sales Tip: What to always say when ending a conversation with a customer

March 12, 2020
These five words will help build a solid relationship with your customers.

I saw this post on LinkedIn from Tim Pate, the mobile sales manager at ISN. It is great advice.

“There are five words that a salesperson should always say when ending a conversation with a customer [whether] via text, e-mail, phone, or in person … ‘Thank you for your business.’ It takes less than five seconds to say or type and it goes a long way in building a solid relationship with a customer. Make it a habit and see for yourself.”
