Sales Tip: Review your inventory

Oct. 6, 2021
Find out for sure what is moving and what is not, and then make a plan on how to remove those slow moving dogs from your truck.

How much of your money is tied up in slow moving dogs? Don’t guess. Find out for sure what is moving and what is not. Sure, you may take a margin hit but financially tying your cash up with dogs is worse.
