Application

The SABER by ATD Tools 500 lm Rechargeable Paint Gun Light is designed for any spray gun with OD nozzle sizes ranging from 27mm to 41mm. It gives the automotive paint technician optimum live feedback for coverage and ensures accurate and vibrant color representation thanks to the high-resolution color rendering of the LEDs.

There are similar products in the market, but ATD wanted to improve its product by adding some of the features they're best known for and at a price automotive paint technicians can afford.

Selling points

The light is a versatile lighting solution designed for automotive paint guns. It features five different color temperature settings allowing for accurate color representation. It securely fits onto a wide range of paint gun brands and styles. The optional motion-sensing mode allows for easy on/off control with a simple double-wave gesture. The light's constant current technology ensures consistent lumen output throughout the battery charge cycle.

Manufacturing/engineering specifications

The light is 8.07" in length (4.875" when folded). On high, the light runs for two hours and provides 500 lm of light, while on low it runs for four hours and provides 250 lm of light. It is made in China to ATD’s specifications by SABER’s preferred lighting supplier. Built with chemical-resistant polypropylene and nylon housing materials.

Storage and display

This product ships in a retail gift box with a four-color matte finish and a strong magnetic closure. They also have a hang tab so they can be hung or sold on a display board. Available in master cartons of 20 and inner cartons of 10.
