    Tim Rizzo, a Matco Tools distributor in Richmond, Va., gained some pointers about toolbox sales during a presentation at the Matco Tools Expo in San Antonio, Texas. Interviewed by Elliot Maras, editor of Professional Distributor Magazine, Rizzo says it helps to see how different people overcome obstacles in selling toolboxes.
