Integrated Supply Network (ISN) continues its expansion into Canada with the acquisition of All Tool Canada Inc. located in Toronto. This comes approximately one year after ISN’s acquisition of PDG Equipment in Montreal. The All Tool acquisition will provide ISN Canada’s customers with a full line tool and equipment distribution point in Toronto, Canada’s largest population center. More locations are slated for central and western Canada.

All Tool serves distributors and large government entities with automotive tools and highly technical shop equipment solutions. The All Tool sales and technical team maintain excellent customer relationships throughout Canada with its highest customer concentration residing in Ontario.

All Tool’s owner and president, Alan Vigneux, will hold the titles of ISN holdings partner, executive vice president of ISN Canada and president of the existing All Tool business. Martin Cote, president of ISN Canada, will work with Alan and the Ontario-based team to aggressively grow the equipment business through product, customer and geographic expansion. The Ontario-based team will also facilitate the growth of ISN Canada’s tool and shop supplies business by acting as the new ISN Ontario distribution center.

“We are very excited about adding All Tool to the ISN family of businesses.  It puts us in a great position to finish 2015 as Canada’s largest independent tool and equipment distributor,” says Bruce Weber, CEO of Integrated Supply Network. “This expansion provided ISN with its 16th location in North America, demonstrating our commitment to providing Canadian tool and equipment distributors a 'one-stop-shop' buying experience, while at the same time providing ISN supplier partners a 'one-stop-shop' go-to-market partner for all of North America.”
