On March 17 and 18, Integrated Supply Network (ISN) hosted hundreds of customers at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas for Tool Expo West. Manufacturers launched first-to-market products, customers took advantage of nuclear deals, cash back and won prizes like a 2017 Ford F150 and a Harley Davidson motorcyvle. Tool Expo West gave away over $1 million in cash and prizes as well.
ISN is well known for Tool Dealer Expo, the national tool and equipment tradeshow in Orlando in June. 3 years ago they launched Tool Expo West taking place in March on the West coast, first in Phoenix, Arizona and this year moved it to Las Vegas. Tool Dealer Expo and now Tool Expo West have clearly made a mark on the industry as they continue to grow in attendance and offer bigger prizes every year.
Tool Expo West featured over 90,000 SKUs from more than 150 vendors and hosted training events by Power Probe, Ingersoll Rand, Bosch, CanDo, Wilton Jet, Associated Equipment and Sunex. Milwaukee launched its new tool storage line at Tool Expo West, had several new vendors introduced products at the show: Cojali (diagnostic equipment), ShopSol (creepers and seats), Suncast (disposal equipment), Spin Secure (dash cams), World Tech Toys (drones) and Hofmann Megaplan (tire service equipment).
Ingersoll Rand brought the energy in its booth with big cash giveaways, product demos and an Irish dance performance. This helped the company take home the vendor award for “Most Spirit.” Vampire Tools won the “Best Product Demonstration” award, PM Holdings (Tech-Life and GTE brands) won “Best New Product” for the 8-pint mini keg and tap system launched under the company's newest brand KegSmiths, and World Tech Toys (drones) won “Best New Vendor.”
Tool Expo West finished the event with a happy hour on Saturday night where customers won a 2017 Ford F150, a 2017 Harley Davidson, $10,000 Cash, an OTC Encore, Sunex Mechanic’s Dream prize package, Cruzin’ Coolers from Steelman Pro, a 72” Extreme tool box, two $3,000 cash prize winners (courtesy of Ingersoll Rand), two $2,000 cash prize winners (courtesy of Wilton Jet), a $2,500 cash prize (courtesy of Power Probe), a $1,000 cash prize (courtesy of Lincoln/Mityvac), and three $,2500 VISA gift card winners (courtesy of Tool Expo West).
