Maaco, "America’s Body Shop," joined forces with Axalta at Atlanta Motor Speedway last week to feature the Maaco brand on the quarter panels, roof and rear TV panel of the No. 24 Axalta Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE of William Byron.

To celebrate the partnership, Maaco hosted the “Watch Maaco Go” promotion, giving fans a chance to win the Maaco “Ultimate Race Experience.” To enter, fans shared a screenshot on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter with the hashtag #bettergetMaaco every time they saw the Maaco logo on the No. 24 Axalta Chevy during the week of the race (July 5 to July 11), whether it was being prepared at Hendrick Motorsports or on the track during the race.

More than 1,000 screenshots were shared. The winner, who was drawn randomly, is Seth Rhyne of Twentynine Palms, Calif., who will receive everything he needs for a great day tailgating at the track: a cooler, grill, lawn chairs and bean bag toss game, along with a chance to get on the track with the NASCAR Racing Experience and a piece of history to commemorate his experience, the race-run bumper off the No. 24 Axalta/Maaco Chevy, signed by Byron.

“William Byron is my favorite driver, so it was very cool to win a great prize package from Maaco just by watching him race,” Rhyne said. “I’d like to tailgate at Daytona and watch him compete with my Maaco Ultimate Tailgate Experience.”

“Congrats to Seth Rhyne on winning the ‘Watch Maaco Go’ contest,” Byron said. “It was a great opportunity that Maaco and Axalta put together for fans to win. While we didn’t have the day we wanted in Atlanta, I’m glad that a big supporter of the No. 24 team came away with a win of their own.”
