Company cites patent lawsuit by Midtronics Corp.

Argus Analyzers announced it has ceased operations as a result of the financial burden from a patent lawsuit by Midtronics Corp. The company posted the announcement on its website.

"We regret that Argus is no longer available to provide the products, support and service that you deserve and have come to expect," the announcement stated. "We understand that there are many thousands of satisfied customers who have a continuing need for service parts and consumables. At this time we have no information about how or where parts and consumables will be available."
