Midtronics, Inc. President and CEO Steve McShane today announced the promotion of four senior executives to vice president positions, effective immediately.
“The promotions recognize significant contributions to the company’s success, a demonstrated high level of leadership, and ongoing commitment to Midtronics values,” says McShane. “These company leaders have created an atmosphere for success, consistently engaging with leadership styles that emphasize collaboration and focus on strategic goals.”
Jason Ruban was promoted to Vice President, Global Sales, Transportation Division. Ruban assumed responsibility for overall transportation division sales in 2014. With 17 years of increasing contributions in sales and business development at Midtronics, Ruban has demonstrated successful growth and sales team leadership, establishing enduring customer relationships throughout the industry.
Will Sampson was promoted to Vice President, Business Leader, Transportation Division. In his 20 years with the company Sampson has exhibited a talent for developing, communicating and executing strategies to lead the Transportation Division to significant profitable growth. Sampson manages the company’s marketing and product development efforts and assumed responsibility for the European subsidiary, Midtronics b.v., earlier this year.
Todd Stukenberg was promoted to Vice President, General Manager, Stationary Power Division. Stukenberg joined the company 15 years ago, assuming the role of General Manager for the Stationary Power Division in 2014. Stukenberg has worked to develop the company’s presence in the stationary power market, creating a strong team and effective strategies to revitalize and expand the business.
Walter Yonkaitis was promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Yonkaitis has managed the Midtronics global finance and administration group for the past 16 years and led several initiatives that have been key to the company’s growth. He is currently heading up the company’s deployment of a new ERP system and renovation and expansion of the company’s Willowbrook, Illinois headquarters.
