Automotive association notes California officials believe the services are sold unnecessarily.
The California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) is cracking down on fluid flushes, according to the California/Nevada/Arizona Automotive Wholesalers Association (CAWA) in its recent newsletter. BAR is concerned that these preventive maintenance activities may be being sold unnecessarily to unsuspecting motorists, the association noted. Read the newsletter.
