Seating Chrysler exhaust pipe correctly

This bulletin applies to 2017 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles built on or after Oct. 31, 2016, or on or before Nov. 1, 2016.

This bulletin applies to 2017 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles built on or after Oct. 31, 2016, or on or before Nov. 1, 2016.

The Cross-under exhaust pipe flange may not be seated properly to the right-side catalytic converter.

Remove the belly pan and visually inspect the cross-under flange to the right side converter for a proper seal. If not properly seated, the cross-under pipe must be replaced.

Parts required include the cross-under pipe P/N 68187968AE, cross-under pipe gasket P/N 68271967AA, two bolt isolators P/N 06504179 and two flange bolts P/N 06105051AA.
