Replacing Lincoln fuel tank

Some 2020 Lincoln Corsair vehicles equipped with a 1.5L/2.0L/2.3L EcoBoost engine and built on or before Nov. 15, 2019, may exhibit a fuel gauge that does not move and/or DTC P144F in the PCM.

Some 2020 Lincoln Corsair vehicles equipped with a 1.5L/2.0L/2.3L EcoBoost engine and built on or before Nov. 15, 2019, may exhibit a fuel gauge that does not move and/or DTC P144F in the PCM. This may be due to the fuel tank assembly.

According to Lincoln, replace the fuel tank. Refer to workshop manual section 310-01A/310-01B. Transfer the fuel pump and sender unit from the old to the new tank. Transfer any other remaining parts to the new fuel tank as well.
