Replacing Lincoln fuel tank

Some 2020 Lincoln Corsair vehicles equipped with a 1.5L, 2.0L or 2.3L EcoBoost engine and built on or before Nov. 15, 2019, may exhibit a fuel gauge that does not move and/or DTC P144F in the PCM.

Some 2020 Lincoln Corsair vehicles equipped with a 1.5L, 2.0L or 2.3L EcoBoost engine and built on or before Nov. 15, 2019, may exhibit a fuel gauge that does not move and/or DTC P144F in the PCM.

This may be due to the fuel tank assembly. According to Lincoln, the fix requires the replacement of the fuel tank. Transfer the fuel pump and sender unit from the original tank to the new tank.

Fuel tank bolts.......W720526-S450B

Exhaust clamp....... LX6Z-5A215-A

Drive shaft bolts (3)...LX6Z-4B496-A

Fuel pump O-ring...... 4L3Z-9276-AA
