    Correcting Ford HEV software

    Some 2020 Ford Escape hybrid electric (HEV) vehicles built on or before Feb. 19, 2020, may exhibit an illuminated MIL with DTC P0128 stored in the PCM.

This may be due to software within the PCM. To correct, reprogram the PCM with the latest software version.
