The Mitchell 1 SocialCRM allows consumers to book auto repair appointments with a few clicks from their shop’s website or email the shop sent to them by the SocialCRM shop marketing service. The automated online appointment request feature is powered by the integration between SocialCRM and the Manager SE shop management system. With the click of a button, consumers can submit an appointment request at their convenience. To avoid schedule conflicts, the system only offers available time slots based on the shops calendar. Shops can quickly view appointment requests that are delivered right to their shop management system. Shop managers simply click to accept or decline the request, generating an automatic verification back to the customer.
