The latest Mitchell 1 Manager SE Update includes a new Set Flag feature that gives shops the ability to create and share important notes without worrying about customers or unauthorized eyes taking notice, the company says. Previously, technicians could use Remarks on the customer screen for any special notes regarding a specific customer in the shop management system. Now, they can select Set Flag to type similar messages and see the message as a pop up box when they start an estimate or repair order for that customer.
